Sajovie's contract information, which reflects the increase between the previous 2024 Maintenance Contract

Mulch application at Kensington Villas Each year, the Board carefully reviews the community’s operational needs, including vendor contracts — such as our long-standing landscaping partner, Sajovie. For many years, including during the COVID period, Sajovie generously held their pricing despite rising operational costs.

As the Board renewed landscaping contracts this year, a notable pricing increase occurred. To ensure a responsible and well-informed decision was made, Carlyle Management solicited bids from several other trusted providers and found that higher rates were consistent across the board.

Recognizing that there has not been an increase in dues for the past 15 years, the Board carefully discussed several options and ultimately decided to forego mulching this year to help offset the impact of this rate increase and maintain financial stability without raising dues for both the Masters and Villas communities.
