We strive to preserve a high standard of living through Reserve at Kensington and Villas At Kensington HOAs.
Roads
The Reserve at Kensington is committed to maintaining high community standards. Keeping Paving Drive and Rhoads Drive in good condition is essential not only for curb appeal but also for preserving property values. We have been in contact with the City of Twinsburg management regarding these roads, and we’ve been informed that paving work is scheduled to be addressed in 2026.
Landscaping
The Reserve at Kensington Master and Villa subdivisions are proudly serviced by professional landscapers. Their experience and responsiveness allow us to maintain the beauty of our community while also addressing any landscaping needs or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Snowplowing
The Reserve at Kensington is managed by professional snow removal contractors who take great care to protect all properties. They ensure that driveways and surfaces are not damaged, landscaping is preserved, and the appropriate de-icing materials are used. Their proactive approach keeps the community safe and mobile during snowstorms.
Retention Ponds
The retention ponds and water retention areas at The Reserve at Kensington are professionally maintained by a pond management company. Their work ensures that drainage systems remain clear and that issues such as algae growth are effectively controlled. This allows residents to enjoy a clean, well-maintained, and picturesque view throughout the community.
