Kensington Master

A Master HOA oversees the shared responsibilities for the entire community, including reserve park areas, common grounds, and retention ponds. It also manages landscaping and front yard upkeep specifically for The Villas subdivision. The Reserve At Kensington Master HOA ensures the maintenance of these essential shared spaces. Snow removal for the streets is managed by the city.

The Villas at Kensington Ridge is part of the Master HOA but is located slightly apart from the main Master HOA area within the community, sharing the same overall standards and responsibilities.
